I joined a Gym !!!!

So, I finally Joined a Gym, not the first time, but this time it isn't for leisure LOL. See, I have been feeling real bad about my weight, and wanted to do something about it but not sure where to start. I was checking my BMI and I found out that I went beyond overweight. Yupe! Now I'm in the Obese category :-( It's all down hill from now baby. Anyways , One of my friend's brother did this Atkins thingy and I was shocked to see him loose all that weight and fast. So, I'm not eating no more Bread,Pasta,potatoes,Rice. :-( I'm switching them with Oatmeal, Salads, Fruits, Meat. And one of my friends Hooked me up with a one-year Free membership to Gold's Gym Which is the fanciest gym in the area :-) woohooo Good Looking Out Dude :-) I started this morning 30 minutes of cardio, and 30 minutes Abs machines, and may I say OUCH! What I love about this cardio machines, they have a movie theatre huge screen and instead of chairs they got those cardio machines and its dark, you go on running for endless minutes without feeling because you are watching a movie. Neat ! The morning crowd is a lot nicer and peaceful and not too many people, but the afternoon one is a meat market+ too many people + gorillas on steroids. So, I guess I'll be going at 5:30 A.M 5 days a week. Will take pictures of my body now but will not dare to post them till I loose all that weight. Then I will post both pictures :-) PALFORCE

I also heard that the atkins diet does work. (Maybe I should get on it myself)
Also don't be disheartened if it takes some time for the diet and excercise to start showing results. Once it starts working, all the positive fedback from people around you will give you encouragement.

It will take you ages to lose a single pound, and when you do you will celebrate by eating and then gaining 5 pounds. My advice: give up the diet and start a brand new activity... something like, I don't know... smoking.

I quit smoking 3 Ramadans ago aolong with the Argeelah, so I'm smoking again ever again inshallah.
