ABC NEWS HAS LEARNED THAT KYLE "DUSTY" FOGGO, THE NO. 3 MAN AT THE CIA, HAS RESIGNED. I mean what the heck is going on?! I can just see the president telling the new CIA boss, ok I got good news and bad news. Good news, you are about to be appointed to be the head of the CIA, bad news you have to take the blame for Iraq's war. LOL Dusty: can I call a friend? And ofcourse his friend's advice is: QUIT, GET OUT GET THE HECK OUT. Sorry but that's the first thing I thought when I heard this breaking news. LOL
